We are a wellbeing centre in the heart of Redditch, with a focus on positive mental health.

Our passion is helping people feel emotionally well, enjoy their lives, and reach their full potential.

Supporting people of all ages

Within our building, there is a range of organisations who work together to support people of all ages with life’s complications and curve balls, including our wellbeing coaches who provide 121 talking therapy and support groups.

We also have a range of community groups run by volunteers to enjoy, create, relax, make friends, and find a greater sense of purpose in day-to-day life.
